-Red pepper paste, spoonful according to taste
-Gosari (Dried Feinbracken), 1/3 Cup
-Clay pot (Dolsot), one for each person
-Shitake mushrooms, 1/3 Cup

-sesame oil, 2 tbsp
-bean sprouts, 1/3 Cup
-sesame seeds, ½ tsp
-spinach, 1/3 Cup
-carrots, 1, slice in 1” strips
-zucchinis, ½, slice in 1” strips
-cucumber, ½, slice in 1” strips
-ground beef, ½ lb
-Soy Sauce, keep the bottle close

Preparation (1 hour):
- Cook rice, set aside.
- Place Shitake mushrooms in bowl of cold water, boil Gosari for 20 minutes.
- Place gosari in bowl with mushrooms and let soak for 40 minutes.
Cook (use two fry pans):
- Prepare each separate and set aside (side dishes):

Fry Pan #1

Fry Pan #2 or hot plate
|

Stir fry meat until cooked, adding soy sauce and garlic powder. Drain fat
|
Stir fry Gosari and Shitake Mushrooms using sesame oil, add soy sauce to taste
|

Fry spinach with (1/4 cup) water until evaporates
|
|
Replace fry pan #1 with clay pot
|
Quickly sear Zucchini, Bean Sprouts
|
- Add sesame oil to clay pot and heat.
- Add rice to Clay pot.
- Cook egg in fry pan #2
- Add toppings to top of rice in clay pot, turn off heat to clay pot.
- Add hot pepper paste to top (do not mix)
- Add egg to top, suggest over-easy style
- Add sesame oil (very lightly) and sesame seeds
- Serve, ask guest to mix and wait for it to cool before eating!
