What is the hardest language in the world to learn? Did you think “Japanese?” I first went to Japan when I was 19 to study Japanese culture and language. Since then, yea, it’s been many years, I’ve taught Japanese both full-time and part-time. I’ve struggled with the current text books on the market because they are not specifically designed for native English speakers.
This year I started to take all of my notes and create a Japanese beginner language book specifically targeting young people who are native English speakers. I’ve also invented my own teaching techniques that show how to transform English grammar to Japanese grammar. My experience so far has shown that this technique helps young people learn Japanese faster.
I’ve decided to target young adults because of their intense interest in Anime and Manga; however, persons of any age can use my text to learn Japanese.
I think expensive software like Ros… St…e(can’t mention by name here) is a waste of money; after all, I never had that and I learn to speak fluently in six months.
I had originally planned to fund this myself, but unfortunately, artists to complete the Manga drawings, publishing, and marketing isn’t free ;(
